As not-for-profit with over 150 staff, Tandem utilises 10% of all giving for admin. The remaining 90% goes directly to my ministry work, and is managed by an accountant. I feel a strong conviction to use these funds effectively for the kingdom.

About four years ago I went through a serious burnout which I still go to therapy for. Tandem’s style of support raising is very people-focused, which I think is awesome, but in this season I’ve needed to use a website to make the load easier.
